Refund policy

If you change your mind, email support@bookshop.lol within 24 hours of placing your order — and if your order hasn't been shipped out — we'll send you a bookshop.lol Gift Card of equivalent value. Please do understand this isn’t possible after 24 hours from placing your order.

If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact support@bookshop.lol for assistance. We'll loop in bookshops involved in your order, so they can respond directly.

Unless specified otherwise, on a case-by-case basis, we do not accept returns.
